How this website handles the information you share with HPMUN.
This website is operated by Highland Park Model United Nations (HPMUN), a student-led organization. Questions about this policy can be sent through the contact page.
When you use the contact or join forms, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, message and, on the join form, optional answers about your grade and Model UN experience. We use this information only to reply to you and to organize membership. We do not sell it or share it with anyone outside HPMUN.
Form messages are delivered to the HPMUN team by email and, where enabled, stored in the organization’s private content management system so the team can keep track of replies. We delete form messages when they are no longer needed.
Many visitors to this site are high school students. We ask only for the information needed to respond, and we do not publish student contact details. Photographs of identifiable students are published only with permission.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Like most websites, its hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses and browser types) to keep the service secure and working.
Maps are only loaded if you choose to open one, at which point Google Maps may set its own cookies. Videos embedded from YouTube or Vimeo are subject to those services’ policies.
You can ask us to see, correct or delete information you have sent us at any time, using the contact page.
We will update this page if the way the website handles information changes.
