Join HPMUN
Model UN rewards curiosity more than experience. If you want to understand the world better — and argue about it well — there is a place for you here.

Why join
Practice making a case to people who do not already agree with you.
Spend weeks inside the interests of a country you may never have studied.
Work alongside students who care about the same questions you do.

What you will experience
Most delegates begin with training on procedure and research, try out what they have learned in practice sessions, and then take part in conferences.
Along the way there are workshops on speaking and writing, and plenty of time to learn from more experienced delegates.
Skills you will develop
Clear, structured speeches under time limits.
Reliable sources, read critically.
Finding the agreement inside a disagreement.
Precise, persuasive drafting.

It varies through the year: regular meetings during the term, with more preparation in the weeks before a conference. The team can share the current schedule when you get in touch.
